The Supreme Court Exhibits Office makes documents available for uplifting by LitSupport from 9:00 am the day after it receives a signed Practice Note SC GEN 3 form. Special arrangements can be made for an expedited turnaround.  Rather than photocopying and then sending the documents via DX or Express Mail, we can now scan and store them in eDOCS.  This gives you immediate access to your documents and documents can be shared with a colleague or with any external party with a valid email address (for example, a client, an expert witness or Counsel) via a secure access code.
